Barbara was a very caring person. After my father's stroke in Spring of 1997 and my mother's decline in health, she helped take care of my parents, Joe & Dorothy Greene. After Vaughn died in 1997 she agreed to help even more. After Mom died in December 1997 she continued taking care of Dad for several years. We have remained friends over the years. We talked 2-3 times a year. She was a talker! She would update me on all that was going on with her extended family and the church members I knew at the church. She always wanted to hear how my husband and I were doing and all my brothers and their families were doing. I last talked to her in December before her last surgery. She was very upbeat and sure she would beat out this cancer too, like all the ones in the past. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. In loving memory, Betty Willis
