Palmer, Tennessee – Ms. Malinda Kay Nolan, 55, passed away Tuesday November 1, 2022, at the STRHS-Winchester Hospital.  She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on December 11, 1966, to Marshall and Dorothy Doss Nolan who preceded her in death along with her step-grandson, DJ Nolan.

She is survived by her companion, James Cox; son, Justin Nolan; daughter, Jessica Cox; 7 step-children; sisters, Joyce (Charlie) McDowell, Laura Layne (Michael) Whitaker and Daffie (David) Nolan; brother, Louie Nolan, grandsons, Colt Marshal, Justin Evan and John Hippie Chick; 13 step-grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.

Visitation: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
